There is no limit to how far in advanced you can book. There is a 6 week minimum notice period though - meaning we will need at least 6 weeks to plan your wedding.

Absolutely! If our list of locations don't suit you we can source new options for you or run with whatever you had in mind.

First we'll organise a time to catch up (coffee or cocktails are on us!). Then we'll get back to you with some bespoke packages based on what you are after. Once you book us in, you'll be assigned your own Piccolo wedding planner who will ensure the planning period and your wedding day are stress free. You'll be able to select with suppliers you want to be a part of your day as well as the location. You'll also be able to liaise with each supplier to chat through any of the finer details (i.e flowers, hair and make up etc).

You can customise absolutely everything. We provide bespoke and tailored packages to suit any couples style and budget. To get started we will arrange a free consultation with you (coffee and cocktails are on us!) to understand exactly what you are after.

Yes! We have carefully selected 3 suppliers in each element that will bring together your wedding. You'll get to select which suppliers you want to be a part of your day.

The only fees that are not included in our packages are the location/venue fees but you can find these on the locations page next to each listing. These fees are set by the venue or the council responsible for the managing the location.

Of course. Each location will have a suitable wet weather back up plan.
